  • Oversee the design and launch of new payment products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the integration of payment systems with banking platforms, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable operations.
  • Drive improvements in the user experience for all digital payments, including mobile wallets, online payments, peer-to-peer transfers, and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital payment solutions.
  • Manage implementation of digitalization strategies as required; drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost management.
