● Visit assigned routes and customers to promote products, take orders, and drive daily sales growth.● Build strong relationships with retailers and partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.● Deliver accurate product information, pricing, and promotions to support effective selling.● Monitor stock levels, report market feedback, and coordinate closely with the sales team and warehouse.● Collect payments when required and maintain proper sales records, route reports, and customer updates.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
● Experience in sales, field sales, or route sales is preferred.● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.● Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet sales targets.● Familiar with Phnom Penh routes, especially Mean Chey, is an advantage.● Honest, proactive, energetic, and willing to work in a trading/distribution environment.● Basic reading, writing, and reporting skills; can use mobile tools for daily work.● Possess a valid motorbike driving license and own transportation is preferred.
