1. Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail stores, malls, and promotions
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales promotions, and events
• Ensure marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business goals

2. Retail & Mall Marketing Support

• Support in‑store and mall-wide promotional activities
• Coordinate with operations and leasing teams to implement tenant promotions
• Arrange POS materials, banners, posters, and visual merchandising support

3. Digital & Media Marketing

• Support content creation for social media, websites, and digital platforms
• Coordinate online promotions, ads, and influencer activities
• Monitor digital campaign performance and engagement metrics

4. Vendor & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, designers, and media vendors
• Prepare briefs and follow up on marketing materials delivery
• Monitor marketing budgets and vendor invoices

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report campaign performance, footfall, and sales impact
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
• Prepare marketing reports and post‑campaign evaluations

6. Internal Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Leasing, and Retail teams
• Support internal marketing communication and brand initiatives
• Assist in organizing PR activities, events, and CSR campaigns.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
• Experience in campaign execution and retail promotions is an advantage
• Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Creative thinking with customer‑focused mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic analytical skills for campaign performance tracking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, or basic design tools is a plus
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
