• Monitor tenant performance against targets and KPIs

• Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on tenant performance
• Analyze sales trends, foot traffic, and customer behavior
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance                                                                             

3. Tenant Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with tenants on performance and reporting
• Support tenants with sales reporting systems and requirements
• Build positive relationships with tenants                                                                                                                                                 

4. Business Performance Support

• Assist in developing strategies to improve tenant sales
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to boost mall traffic                                                                                             

5. Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure tenants submit accurate and timely sales reports
• Monitor compliance with mall policies and operational standards
• Address minor operational or commercial issues                                                                                                                            

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with leasing, marketing, and mall operations teams
• Support tenant onboarding and store opening preparation
• Ensure alignment between tenant activities and mall objectives                                                                                                

7. Market & Competitor Insights

• onitor competitor malls and retail trends
• Identify opportunities to improve tenant mix and performance
• Provide recommendations based on market insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, mall operations, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Good communication and relationship management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and reporting tools
