• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analysis.• Monitor production efficiency and line balancing.• Analyze labor productivity and recommend improvements.• Establish SAM and production targets.• Prepare IE reports and support continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.• Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred.• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.• Knowledge of GSD and IE tools is an advantage.• Good communication and reporting skills.
