A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Sales Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and implement channel-specific sales strategies for confectionery and snack products 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 

  • Identify growth opportunities across General Trade channels including wide space. 

2. SD and WS Management 

  • Manage relationships with key customers management. 

  • Manager SD performance and stock level. 

  • Manage stock freshness and Stock Holding Level  

  • Ability to manage PO and SD payment, recruitment, and replacement 

  • Negotiate trade agreements, promotions, and shelf placement 

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships 

3. Channel Development 

  • Expand distribution network and optimize route-to-market strategy 

  • Increase weighted distribution and focus on numeric retail drive 

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends 

  • Ensure strong in-store visibility and product availability 

  • Ensure team implementation on Must Stock List (MSL) 

4. Team Leadership 

  • Lead and coach Area Sales Manager, sales representatives or channel executives 

  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance and DMS system 

  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews 

  • Identify team development 

5. Trade Marketing Collaboration 

  • Work closely with marketing team to excellent promotions execution and campaigns 

  • Ensure effective rollout of merchandising and branding initiatives 

  • Provide market feedback to support product development 

6. Reporting & Analysis 

  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports 

  • Monitor stock levels, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory turnover 

  • Provide actionable insights to management. 

7. Financial Oversight 

  •  Manage the General Trade budget, including trade discounts and distributor incentives, Sales Incentive 

  •  Oversee credit control and timely collection of payments from SD and wholesalers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably confectionery/snacks)
  • Strong experience in channel management and key account handling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong Technical and Digital Skill
