1. Team Leadership & Coaching
• Supervise a team of Regional Sales Executives, Sales Agents, and Promoters.
• Train staff on:
o Sales techniques
o Product knowledge
o CRM and reporting tools
o Installation scheduling and paperwork
• Conduct regular team meetings and field coaching to improve performance.
2. Regional Sales Management
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly regional targets.
• Allocate territory coverage for team members (villages, districts, towns).
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide corrective actions if targets are not met.
3. Market Development & Strategy
• Identify and prioritize new buildings, residential areas, businesses, and institutions for ISP
service expansion.
• Build relationships with local partners, property owners, and community leaders.
• Support the launch of local campaigns or promotions in collaboration with marketing.
4. Coordination with Technical & Coordinator Teams
• Schedule installation jobs with the technical field team after each sale.
• Ensure sales team collects full and accurate documentation (ID, contract, payment info).
• Follow up on pending installations and customer feedback.
5. Reporting & Compliance
• Ensure daily sales activities are logged in the CRM or other tools.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales results, team status, and market updates.
• Enforce company policies and ethical sales conduct.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–5 years’ experience in telecom, internet, or FMCG sales supervision
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to analyze KPIs and sales trends, and adapt strategy
• Strong local area knowledge and ability to navigate challenges
• Good understanding of fiber, wireless, router setup, and installation processes
• Proficient in CRM tools .
• Fluent in Khmer; English is preferred for reporting and coordination.
