Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement clear sales plans tailored to the EV market in Cambodia.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, incentive programs, and performance KPIs.
  • Ensure strong positioning for both AIQAR (urban EVs) and LOTUS (premium segment).

Team Leadership

  • Manage a team of sales consultants and supervisors.
  • Provide regular coaching and on-the-ground support to improve individual results.
  • Organize internal training to build product knowledge and upgrade selling skills.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the full sales process: from lead tracking and follow-up to deal closure and after-sales service.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and CRM usage.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

 

Customer Experience

  • Maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey — from showroom visits to test drives and post-sale engagement.
  • Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.

Events & B2B Sales

  • Support showroom events, corporate presentations, and product activations.
  • Identify fleet and partnership opportunities with real estate, hospitality, and mobility sectors.

Budget Management

  • Monitor and optimize the sales budget.
  • Focus on lead quality, conversion efficiency, and return on investment.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales management — ideally in automotive, EV, real estate, or technology sectors
  • Strong team leadership and a hands-on management style.
  • Proven experience in meeting sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Confident working with CRM systems, data reports, and sales analytics.
  • Good financial understanding: sales forecasting, budgeting, ROI.
  • Excellent communication in English (Khmer and/or Chinese is a plus).
  • Strong interest in electric vehicles, innovation, and customer success.
