A Big Opportunity for ...

Coordinate daily transport schedules and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain transport records, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and delivery logs.
Handle administrative tasks related to transportation, including reporting, documentation, and correspondence.
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Monitor and track deliveries, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
Assist in planning and optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Support audits and prepare reports for management regarding transport operations.
Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing operational issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams while also handling tasks independently.
