A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Greeting, accommodating and directing all walk-in visitors to the concerned staff
  2. Directing all incoming telephone calls and/or emails to the concerned staff
  3. Taking notes of all incoming messages for concerned staff if they are either on leave or outside of the office and forwarding to them when they are back in office
  4. Assist performing any necessary typing, translations, e-mailings, delivering, photocopying
  5. Assist customer on registration of CBC Mobile App, order report and/or subscription plan
  6. Do the KYC with customer
  7. Assist customer on sharing telegram
  8. Assist team to promote CBC Mobile App user & PE service to public
  9. Assist team to handle all customer’s inquiries from FB & Telegram
  10. Other tasks as assign by line manager/team

  1. Fresh graduate from university or 3rd/4th year study
  2. Be able to understand English both writing and listening
  3. Good communication skill and good team work
  4. Honest and hard working
