• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a service management or supervisory role, preferably in automotive industry.• Strong knowledge of automotive and troubleshooting techniques.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written).• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software (preferred).
• Able to work under pressure
