- Branch set up, install network, internet, and computer
- Manage Network Infrastructure both LAN & WAN
- Manage Data Share, Set user Access right for file share, and create network drive share deploy for staffs
- Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system and CCTV System Monitoring
- Manage data backup and restore by using window server backup tool
- Configuration NAS storage and share data
- Manage DNS and Active Directory server
- Manage Fort iGATE firewall , Rule and policy
- Manage QuickBooks for Finance
- Manage Microtel Router
- Configure VPLS between HO to branch and monitoring
- Design VLAN and Logical IP address for new branch
- Monitor fingerprint for all branches
- Support operation to buy new computer and other equipment for doing operation
- Set up New internet connection and monitoring
- Perform other duties/tasks/projects relevant as required or assigned by managements
- Provided IT Support Service to End user
- Keep Track validity of IT Maintenance Supporting
-Setup Printer , Scanner, Check Toner and Ink Status, Make sure printer and Toner working smoothly
- Manage hosting email and configuration email in outlook
- Install and Configuration computer Hardware/Software
- Configure Unifi and router access point ( Wi-Fi)
- Check Quotation and Purchase IT Peripheral
- Repairing & Evaluate IT Equipment

- Bachelor's degree in IT field
- Minimum 5 of experience supporting troubleshooting wide range IT Infrastructure systems (Windows PCs, servers, printers, scanners, backup devices networks similar environment Cambodia) multiple locations
- Demonstrable knowledge of Security and firewall
- Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting network issues
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with Active Directory and file server
- Good in English Both writing and Speaking
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and experience of connecting and disconnecting network devices
