Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Strengthen and uplift overall customer relationship by providing banking transaction solutions. 
  • Collaborate and work closely with the relationship team for execution of customer account plan for seizing cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build relationship and engage with customers for transactional/operating accounts to grow CASA at low cost of funds.
  • Grow fee base income and promote digital banking within business banking customer through offering product bundling and services – Payroll, S2Biz, Bills, Remittance, Trust, Escrow, etc.
  • Work and engage with Sr.RM/RM/ARM to grow a customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value, cross-selling, and business referrals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economic, Finance and Banking, and other related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in commercial bank.
  • Extensive knowledge transaction banking and customer relationship role.
  • Knowledge about banking products/services, digital banking within business sector as well as related banking process.
  • Good understanding about business sectors and operations
  • Strong sales pitching skill and customer management.
  • Demonstrate understandable verbal and written communication skills
