• Supervise marker making and CAD operations to ensure optimal fabric utilization.• Review marker efficiency and fabric consumption before production.• Coordinate with Planning, Cutting, and Production teams regarding marker requirements.• Analyze fabric wastage and implement improvement actions.• Ensure marker accuracy according to buyer specifications.• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology or related field.• Minimum 3 years of marker making experience in garment manufacturing.• Strong knowledge of CAD systems (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, etc.).• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
