• Develop cutting plans based on production schedules and delivery requirements.• Coordinate with Warehouse, Cutting, and Sewing departments.• Monitor WIP and cutting output performance.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.• Ensure material availability before cutting commencement.• Support production planning and capacity analysis.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 2 years of PPC experience in garment manufacturing.• Strong Excel, planning, and analytical skills.• Good communication and coordination abilities.
