Oversee the daily activities of Sales Officers to ensure sales targets, KPIs, and call volumes are met. Actively prospect new business for freight forwarding and integrated logistics while guiding the team on effective prospecting techniques. Monitor and update the team’s sales leads and pipeline regularly to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities. Supervise existing accounts and personally manage key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Assist the team in negotiating price and service terms with customers and carriers; review team quotations to ensure accuracy and profitability before submission to the Manager. Coordinate closely with the operations department to ensure shipments are executed according to client requirements and resolve any immediate bottlenecks. Act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints or operational issues, providing timely solutions and follow-ups. Consolidate and prepare weekly sales reports, revenue updates, and performance trackers for review by the Sales Manager. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to Sales Officers to improve their selling skills and industry knowledge. Perform any other operational or sales tasks as requested by the Management.
To identify and prospect new business for freight forwarding and integrated logistics by proactively reaching out to prospective or existing clients, initiating sales calls to discuss logistics services To continuously update sales lead and pipeline to secure business To be responsible for account Supervision for existing accounts by maintaining good relationships with clients which is crucial for long-term success. To be responsible for negotiating price and service terms with both customers and carriers and ensure to secure favourable deals To coordinate and work closely with operations internally to ensure the shipment is plan and executed well To maximize profitability by ensuring the cost is covered with profit margins by making comparison of rates before submission the quotations to customers with approval from superior To provide customer support by attending to customers’ complaint, related to shipment & follow up with operation and provide solutions Prepare weekly reports on sales lead and pipeline, revenue and profit, operations update and others to Superior and senior management To provide coaching and training to subordinates to improve performance To perform any other function & task as requested by management.
Review tax returns and advise on tax issues within WBG and its subsidiary companies. Optimize tax liabilities and identify potential tax saving opportunities Facilicate to lead discussions on tax issues and propose solutions to mitigate tax risks and report potential tax risks to immediate supervisor Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure timely implementation Be a representative of WBG to manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Assist in developing tax strategies and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal and operations to ensure cross-functional collaboration on tax matters. Review supporting and reference documents to accounting records Oversee, and analyze accounting records, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Oversee the two existing healthcare companies and ensure they hit their financial and operational targets. Work closely with the General Managers of these units to solve problems and improve performance. Find ways for our healthcare companies to work together to save costs and share resources. Research the market to find new opportunities in the healthcare sector in Cambodia. Create business plans for these new ideas and lead the setup process from start to finish. Look for partnerships with international healthcare brands that want to enter Cambodia. Give clear, regular updates to the Group Chairman on how the healthcare division is performing. Make sure all our healthcare businesses follow local laws and medical regulations. Represent the Group when meeting with government officials or major business partners.
