A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Oversee all aspects of the company's logistics operations management, including sea freight, air freight, land freight, and cross-border transportation.

全面负责公司物流运营管理的所有环节，包括海运、空运、陆运及跨境运输

  1. Manage and optimize import/export operation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

管理并优化进出口操作流程，以提高效率并降低成本

  1. Coordinate and lead the operations team, and proactively monitor progress to ensure timely and successful execution of all operational activities.

统筹协调运营团队，合理分配工作任务与职责，并主动监督各项进度，确保所有运营活动按时、顺利执行

  1. Review logistics documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, HS Code, etc.)

审核物流单证（发票、装箱单、提单、原产地证、HS编码等）

  1. Coordinate with clients, shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant partners

与客户、船公司、货运代理、报关行及相关合作伙伴进行协调

  1. Monitor cargo transportation status and handle unexpected issues and abnormal situations.

监控货物运输状态，并处理突发问题及异常情况

  1. Establish and improve operational SOPs, reports, and internal management systems.

建立并完善运营SOP、报表及内部管理系统

  1. Prepare and present operational data, performance metrics, and status updates to management on a regular basis, providing clear visibility into logistics performance, key issues, and improvement initiatives

定期整理并向管理层汇报运营数据、绩效指标及运营状况，确保物流绩效、关键问题及改进措施等信息透明可视

Job Requirements

● 大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链或相关专业优先。
● 具备物流/仓储/港口操作管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
● 能使用中文进行流利沟通，并具备良好的英文读写能力更佳。
● 熟悉物流流程、单证、运输安排及库存管理。
● 具备较强的协调、沟通、问题解决与抗压能力。
● 工作认真负责，具备优秀的组织能力与执行力。
