• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analysis.
• Monitor production efficiency and line balancing.
• Analyze labor productivity and recommend improvements.
• Establish SAM and production targets.
• Prepare IE reports and support continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of GSD and IE tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
