• Prepare leasing document and related paperwork
• Ensure all required information and documentation are completed accurately for leasing contracts
• Support the move-in and move-out processes, including non-renewal and early termination cases
• Monitor and follow up on commercial terms throughout the leasing process
• Maintain all lease files and records, both in physical and electronic formats, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible
• Send monthly renewal and non-renewal notices at least six (6) months prior to lease expiry
• Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, messages, and networking when required
• Assist with client inspections and follow up on enquiries
• Handle other tasks/projects as assigned by management

- The Leasing Executive should be well organized, and have a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, with the ability to identify issues and resolve potential conflicts
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Ability to communicate in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Prior experience in sales, leasing, or real estate-related roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and flexibility in handling tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-service-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills (i.e. MS Office and Google Workspace).
