We are looking for an Accounting Manager (Operation) to supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager Responsibilities include establishing reporting status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data of accounting operations, reporting, system, and taxes database.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods and policies
• Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes
• Supervise and manage general ledger accounting functions
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Prepare the proposal for write-off stock if have.
• Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
• Document and interpret complicated financial information for managers, executives, and Suite executives
• Advice on the procedures and financial management, as well as developing policies
• Oversee the reporting for inventory movement, taxes, operations, and other related report.
• Check monthly and yearly taxes before submitting to tax department
• Prepare tax planning to propose to management.
• Closing monthly reporting
• Other tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, laws and practices.
• High attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting databases, and software
• Good communication
• Good in English speaking and writing
• Honest, working hard, and a quick learner
• Able to work under pressure and multiple jobs
