GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

Finance manager is responsible for making sure that financial reports are up-to-date and compliant with standards and managing the financial health of an organization in order to promote success.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCE (Authority):

1. To oversee the accounting and finance department and ensure that the organization’s financial records, policies, and practices are accurate and compliant.
2. To approve financial transaction such as vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements, within the limits set by the company policies.

DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS:

1. Oversee and lead accounting & financial department
2. Create accounting workflow and ensure that workflow being applied by their subordinates
3. Manage cash-in and cash-out to be transparent (avoid fraud happens)
4. Propose strategic plan, budget plan and take initiative action for the growth of the business
5. Standardize our accounting system according to Business requirement
6. Manage on Account Receivable collection on time
7. Manage payment and negotiate with suppliers to get better condition
8. Prepare financial statement (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) correctly
9. Prepare monthly/ yearly tax declaration with assistance from accounting expert team
10. Prepare KPIs and evaluate accounting staff performance
11. Lead and manage inventory stock effectively
12. Analyze cost, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results
13. Prepare policies and SOP for account & finance department
14. Manage and analysis monthly expenses and minimize unnecessary needs
15. Analyze monthly key products and follow up their trend in market sales
16. Participate actively with sales team by providing exact sales reports of all partners to maintain and increase sales rate as well as to transform inactive partners to active partners.
17. Monthly meeting with Line Managers, OM, and Boards
18. Ensure all financial accounting & finance workflow are done correctly
19. Ensure business confidentiality to be respected
20. Work on other tasks which assigned by Operation Manager or Boards.

1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting & Finance
2. At least 5 years experiences as Accountant, with Tax knowledge is a plus
