Job Summary

The Activation Officer is responsible for supporting Vespa Cambodia’s brand activation activities, primarily working on standby during events and participating in brand modeling. This role represents the Vespa brand image on-ground, ensuring professional presentation, smooth event operations, and positive customer engagement during activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and lifestyle events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Standby & Support

• Be on standby during Vespa activations, roadshows, mall displays, and special events
• Support on-site setup, operation, and dismantling of activation booths
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event flow
• Assist in crowd management and basic event logistics
• Ensure Vespa display areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Brand Modeling & Representation

• Take some videos to publish on Tik Tok or personal social media to promote the products and events
• Act as a brand model during Vespa activations, product displays, and photo sessions
• Represent Vespa’s lifestyle, elegance, and Italian brand identity professionally
• Participate in posing with Vespa products for customer photos and media content
• Wear Vespa-branded outfits or themed attire as required by the event

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide basic information about Vespa products, promotions, and activities
• Guide customers to sales consultants or test ride areas when needed
• Collect customer feedback or leads as assigned

Reporting & Coordination

• Report event attendance, customer interactions, and basic feedback to the marketing team
• Follow instructions from Event Supervisor or Event Marketing Manager
• Assist with post-event reporting and documentation when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good personality with presentable appearance
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods during events
• Basic communication skills in Khmer; English is a plus
• Experience in events, promotions, or modeling is an advantage but not required
