Summary: Responsible for digital customer engagement via online platforms such as FB Page (Chat and comments), Car Groups in Telegram & Messenger including TAC, CCG, TCF, CPC, FTCC, S5CT, etc. , Chat and comment in Tiktok, Youtube, google business & other social media ways (Promote the body shop’s services through online channels). In addition, work closely with Sales Exe to coordinate to increase visibility, lead generation, and customer retention.
Communication:
•Timely & Accurate response to customer (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Website)
•Community engagement and brand reputation management
•Escalate the lead to Sales team, weekly meeting basis to review conversion rate and see the room for inprovment
Marketing Collaboration
•Work with sales, design, product, and management teams
•Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
•Content planning with Marketing and Sales team, scheduling, and analytics
•Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
•Optimize content for SEO and website performance and report to Manager
•Support and manage social media accounts and create engaging content
•Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
•Email marketing and automation
•Coordinate with designers and content creators
•Stay updated with digital marketing trends
