Social Media/Content Management
•Creating content, planning social media campaigns, and optimizing search engine results
•Managing Social Media by creating and maintaining a consistent brand voice across social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
•Developing engaging and informative content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics

•Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations.
•Working with creative designer and marketing team to produce or create POSM, Merchandise, and other marketing materials for supporting the events.
•Distribute all POSM, Merchandise, and other marketing materials to all event location
•Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
•Managing and maintain supplier relationships and production costing to ensure the quality and delivery to each event.
•Managing events by travelling to each event location based on Marketing Plan

Admin & Marketing Assets Management
•Managing Assets/POSM/Merchandises Stock
•Update and Daily Tracking record marketing stock movement
•Working with all suppliers to make a quotation comparison, quality control, and put into production
•Research on Marketing Merchandise/POSM Trends and update to Marketing Manager

Reporting & Team Work
•Marketing Activity Report
•Monthly & Quarterly Work Plan Update
•Event Management Checklist & Update
•Creative Concept Development & Branding Proposal.
•Work with team in marketing department and other departments to contribute effective and efficient execution
•Handling with any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or activation etc.

- Event Management Skills.

- Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
