  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and basic HR records
  • Support recruitment (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare staff contracts and documents
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Support payroll preparation with accountant
  • Handle internal communication between teams
  • Assist in company policies and staff discipline
  • Support daily admin work and reporting
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager and CEO

  • Experience in Admin or HR is preferred
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
