Job Description

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized working environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls).
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintain office documents, filing systems, and records accurately.

2. Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment; coordinate purchase requests.
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Support logistics for company events, meetings, and trainings.

3. HR Administration (If Applicable)

  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Help facilitate staff requests and general HR administrative tasks.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure administrative activities follow company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports for management.
  • Assist with asset tracking and inventory management.

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
