Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain and update the company’s fixed asset register (FAR);
  • Record all asset movements such as purchase, transfer, disposal, and write-off;
  • Tag and label company assets with asset codes/barcodes;
  • Monitor asset location, condition, and custodian information;
  • Conduct periodic asset verification and physical stock-taking;
  • Prepare asset reports (monthly/quarterly/annually) for management and audit;
  • Coordinate with Finance for asset capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation;
  • Handle asset handover documentation for new and resigned employees;
  • Investigate and follow up on lost, damaged, or missing assets;
  • Ensure compliance with company asset management policy and procedures;
  • Support internal and external audits related to company assets;
  • Work with IT/Admin/Procurement teams regarding equipment assignment and tracking;
  • Maintain proper filing (physical & soft copies) of asset documentation.

Job Requirements

 

  • Fresh Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance​​ or a related field
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of fixed asset control and inventory processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) especially Excel
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports
  • Basic understanding of depreciation and asset lifecycle management is an advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving ability
