- Oversee all related admin work and double-check check document to make sure it is accurate before send to the line manager for signing. Double check tenant information and register in to the General Department Immigration (FPCS) App to make sure all tenant has full visas in Rose Garden and Borey Projects.- Help and support the Leasing Team in case customers have any inquiries related to Condo, Borey, Office Space, and Shop.- Monitor and assist with any event that is organized by the Marketing Team.- Check and deliver any related documents to the tenant.- Provide secretarial assistance to Hthe ead of Leasing and Marketing, Leasing and Marketing Team by producing request letters/refund deposits/terminations, reports (monthly and weekly), Contract (Rose Garden and Borey Projects).- Record/input lease releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, hand-over and legal completions with full customer details/post relevant letters and statements and update appropriately. Ensure the lease extraction sheets are completed and kept up to date on a weekly basis.- Produce and maintain plot files, distribute copies to others related departments.- Produce/amend standard forms for use in the office to assist the leasing team. Ensure that all documentation in the office and copies are up to date. Keep stock and order materials and stationery for internal use.- Liaise with Leasing and Marketing team and ensure they receive relevant copies of request letters/ refund deposit/termination, reports (Monthly report related to other department).- At all times, comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions.- Produce weekly and monthly reports.- Another task was assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in administrative tasks related to sales and marketing, preferably in property management or the real estate sector.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.- Strong communication skills, with a good command of English and Chinese, is an advantage.- Ability to work effectively under pressure.- Willingness to conduct outdoor visits to introduce and promote projects.
