Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and dynamic Advertising Manager to spearhead the advertising and content strategy for our flagship FMCG beverage brand, Idol Drink. As the brand guardian, you will be responsible for transforming marketing objectives into breakthrough advertising campaigns. You will lead the creation of engaging content across various channels, manage agency relationships, and elevate Idol Drink to become a top-of-mind brand for consumers.
Brainstorm innovative, viral advertising ideas and creative concepts.
Oversee the creation of all brand content (videos, social media assets, and visuals).
Manage advertising budgets and optimize media channels for maximum ROI.
Track market trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead.

Job Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or brand management, preferably within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
Skills & Competencies
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the beverage market, consumer behavior, and modern advertising channels.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
