  • Operational Management

    • Supervise daily service center operations within the region.

    • Ensure adherence to operational standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

    • Monitor service turnaround time and resource allocation efficiency.

  • Performance Management

    • Set regional service targets in line with corporate objectives.

    • Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.

    • Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance service quality and profitability.

  • Customer Experience & Quality Assurance

    • Oversee the handling of major customer complaints or service escalations.

    • Maintain service excellence standards and conduct regular audits.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and develop service managers and technical teams in the region.

    • Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.

  • Budget & Cost Control

    • Manage regional service budgets, expenses, and operational costs.

    • Optimize resource usage and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Coordination & Reporting

    • Collaborate with national sales, marketing, and technical support teams.

    • Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure all service centers comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

    • Address risk management and emergency protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of service operations experience in the automotive industry.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
