The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all automotive service facilities, including workshops, showrooms, and support areas. This role ensures that the physical environment supports business operations, meets safety standards, and delivers a high-quality experience for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of automotive service facilities.
Plan and oversee repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of buildings, equipment, and systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and equipment servicing.
Develop and manage facility budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high service standards.
Monitor and maintain facility utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Ensure facilities are prepared to support business activities, including service bays, customer lounges, and office spaces.
Lead and supervise facility staff and coordinate with other departments for facility-related needs.
Respond promptly to facility emergencies and troubleshoot operational issues.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or service industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and maintenance best practices.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and facility service providers.
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office.
