Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash transactions
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, accounting schedules, and support monthly financial closing activities
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure records are complete and up to date
  • Assist with tax documentation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies
  • Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the Finance Manager or management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the agriculture or related industry
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills with good English proficiency
  • Native Khmer Language is required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
