Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Organize and coordinate meetings by scheduling appointments, inviting participants, arranging refreshments, booking meeting rooms and equipment, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate guest reception and arrange meetings with visitors as instructed by the CEO.
- Review and manage all documents submitted for the CEO's approval, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and relevant before submission.
- Organize and attend company meetings, business visits, and business lunches and dinners with clients or guests.
- Manage the CEO's business travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, preparing travel budgets and itineraries, processing expense reports, and accompanying the CEO on business trips when required.
- Maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of the company's and the CEO's digital and physical documents and information.
- Communicate messages and instructions from the CEO to relevant individuals or departments and ensure timely follow-up and responses.
- Assist in managing and monitoring the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are properly scheduled and no commitments are missed.
- Assist in preparing contracts and other important business documents.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.D12

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a large organization.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

- Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work overtime when required.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (Email).
