- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a large organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work overtime when required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (Email).
