Job Description

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers
  • Manage daily communication related to, Inbound/Outbound operation, Inventory Status, Delivery and any service issue.

Order & Operations Coordination

  • Accurate order processing
  • On-time dispatch and delivery
  • Monitor order cut-off times and service commitments
  • Proactively inform customers of any operational risks or delays

Inventory & Data Accuracy

  • Stock balances
  • Batch and expiry information
  • Quarantine or hold stock
  • Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation with customers
  • Investigate and explain inventory discrepancies

Incident & Complaint Management

  • Manage distribution and warehouse incidents including:
  • Miss-pick /miss-delivery
  • Delayed delivery
  • Damage or temperature deviation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • Patience, flexibility, problem solving, able to work under pressure, team-oriented
