Job Description

  • Analyze branch and other alternative channel performance
  • Assess potential branch opening, or relocation
  • Identify underperforming branches and suggests action plan
  • Contribute to long-term branch network strategy in line with customer needs and digital trends
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor branch presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (rental, design, IT) on branch network projects.
  • Support senior managers in making data-driven decisions
  • Closely monitor and survey the market trend on the channel network
  • Assist with the rollout of branch-related projects
  • Geographical and Demographic Analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, marketing, sales, or any relevant field.
  • Good communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge in sales and marketing skills
  • Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • General level in using Computer, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • At least 2 years of business performance analysis
  • Experienced in branch management
