Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Develop, implement and maintain Business continuity plan (BCP) and review IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify key business processes, critical assets and dependencies.
Collaborate with all department to design and test the strategies
Ensure BCP/DRP align with regulatory requirements
Perform physical risk assessment to evaluate threats, vulnerabilities and their potential impact on operations,
Establish crisis management and response protocol, ensuring swift and effective business recovery.
Provide training and awareness program for employees to reinforce business continuity best practice,
Continuously improve BCP strategies based on evolving fintech risks, regulations and best practice.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations are complied with.
Prepare and present reports on BCM effectiveness, risks, and recommendations to senior management and the board.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, BCP/ Risk Management or IT knowledge is a plus
At least 3+ years of Business Continuity, Risk management or operational resilience, preferably in Fintech, Banking or Financial Services
Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Risk Management Framework, Disaster Recovery Planning and IT system resilience strategy
Knowledge of principles of Risk Management in Banking industry;
Understand about local regulatory requirements related to BCP for Financial industries;
Ability to work cross-functionality with Administration, Operations, IT, Compliance and relevant team to strengthen organization-wide resilience.
