Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and business matters, including arranging meetings, schedules, and document management;
  • Draft various documents, reports, and speeches; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
  • Support the General Manager in liaising with government departments, industry associations, and external organizations, and maintain strong government–enterprise relations;
  • Participate in government project applications, policy consultations, and submission of relevant materials;
  • Assist in planning and organizing important business, public relations, and government reception activities;
  • Collect industry information to support company decision-making and project advancement;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the GM

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in government affairs/public relations;
  • Familiarity with government structures and administrative communication processes;
  • Strong communication and writing skills in Khmer, Chinese, and English;
  • Presentable appearance, clear thinking, strong execution ability, and a high level of confidentiality awareness.
