Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy Support

  • Assist in developing marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Support implementation of short-term and long-term marketing strategies
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and market reach                                                                                                

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Manage promotions, events, and product launches
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives                                                                                                  

3. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels and stores
  • Monitor use of branding materials and marketing communications
  • Support brand-building initiatives                                                                                                                                                         

4. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Coordinate digital advertising and content strategies
  • Track engagement, leads, and campaign performance                                                                                                                

5. Sales Support

  • Work closely with store operations to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Support promotional pricing and retail activities
  • Analyze promotion results and recommend improvements                                                                                                    

6. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide insights for marketing decisions                                                                                                                                                 

7. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenses
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and media partners
  • Ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources                                                                                                                               

8. Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, merchandising, finance)
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and KPIs
  • Support the Marketing Manager in daily activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing (retail or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinking
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
