Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Understand the BRD (Business Requirement Document) – Identify changes and impacts on business operations.
  • Review system specifications and vendor-provided user guides – Understand the system functions from the user’s perspective.
  • Create user training materials – Prepare manuals and quick reference user guides based on actual business workflows.
  • Design training content – Plan the formats, e.g., hands-on sessions, lectures, or e-learning.
  • Develop a training schedule – Determine who needs to be trained, in what order, and by when.
  • Conduct dry-run sessions in the development environment – Operate the system based on training scenarios and refine materials and methods.
  • Conduct actual training sessions – Deliver hands-on training or presentations to users.
  • Manage Q&A and gather feedback – Collect and respond to user questions and improvement suggestions.
  • Conduct refresher training before Go-Live – Organize additional sessions focused on key points and FAQs just before Go-Live.
  • Join the project UAT team to gain better understanding on the system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR training section to prepare and provide the effective training to relevant staff
  • Monitor the effectiveness of new process/operation and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to address and improve challenges

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in training, system implementation, or business process support
  • Good understanding of BRDs, system functions, and UAT process
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Able to create user-friendly manuals and training materials
  • Have a good inter personal skill for delving the knowledge to end-user.
  • Have an ability to work independently
  • Have a collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Have a proactive mindset to challenge the issue and find the solution
