Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Install and configure ATM machines and configure POS terminal upon request.
Schedule preventative maintenance all terminal of the bank.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
Identify errors through the review of reports, ATM journals, log and recommend solutions accordingly.
Support testing machine functions, and to balances machine cash account.
Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in IT/MIS.
Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operation, ATM features/POS terminal and components.
Minimum 2 years working experience in ATM/POS or related fields.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
Willingness to learn new software systems.
Willing to travel to Branches or province.
Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
