  • Overall Management: Direct and oversee the entire daily operations, sales performance, and staff of the assigned clinic branch.

  • Sales & Revenue Target: Drive the branch team to meet and exceed monthly revenue, profit, and customer retention goals.

  • Staff Leadership: Manage, motivate, and evaluate clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, consultants, and receptionists.

  • Service Quality & SOPs: Ensure strict compliance with medical hygiene, patient safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Customer Relations: Build good relationships with clients, handle high-level customer feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Branch Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels of clinic supplies, oversee cash management, and ensure the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  •  Proven experience in a management role, preferably in Beauty Care, clinic, or service business.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  •  Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.
  •  Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.
  •  Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  •  Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.
  •  Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
