Position Objective:
The Brand Promoter Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing brand promoters across assigned outlets to drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on people development, field execution, and performance monitoring to strengthen brand presence and maximize sales effectiveness at the outlet level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Promoter Coaching & Development
• Coach, train, and continuously develop brand promoters on effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular on-the-job coaching at outlets to improve selling skills and customer engagement.
• Ensure brand promoters consistently follow brand guidelines, promotional mechanics, and service standards.
Sales Performance Management
• Manage and control brand promoters’ sales performance against assigned targets and KPIs.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and identify gaps versus targets.
• Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to implement action plans that improve outlet sales performance.
Field Execution & Outlet Support
• Monitor brand promoters’ attendance, discipline, and overall conduct to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Execute call plan visits to assigned outlets to provide on-site support, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper execution of in-store promotions, visibility materials, and product displays.
• Gather market and outlet feedback to support continuous improvement of sales activities and promotional effectiveness.
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare and submit regular performance and field activity reports to management.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding field issues, opportunities, and improvement plans.
• Support the implementation of new sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns as assigned.
