• Responsible for driving sales performance by developing and initiating the promotional program
• Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation Marketing Promotion and Campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for an assigned geographic or demographic defined market segment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for Marketing Promotion and Campaign strategy
• Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Manage the Promotion performance against targets and recommending next steps with Merchandising or trade plan
