  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and support business partnerships.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Prepare business development reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, banking, money exchange, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of the financial/FX market is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and networking skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English and Khmer.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, confident, and professional.
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
