Call Center Officer (Night Shift - 10 PM -10 PM)

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s general enquiry (Banking products, interest rate, loan info….)
  • Ensures a continued high quality of service to internal and external customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisor or right person (across department)
  • Documenting call information according to standard and operating procedure
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes
  • Dealing directly with complex client situations, communicating with aggrieved clients whilst understanding the sensitivity required, to bring their complaint to a resolution

Job Requirements

  • Graduated in business administration, Banking and finance or another related field
  • Minimum 1 years’ call center and another experience also encourage to applied.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Previous experience of complaint, investigation or claims handling
  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport)
  • Must be familiar with Bank applications.
  • Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator.
  • To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
