Call Center Officer (Night Shift - 10 PM -10 PM)

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s general enquiry (Banking products, interest rate, loan info….)
Ensures a continued high quality of service to internal and external customers.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisor or right person (across department)
Documenting call information according to standard and operating procedure
Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes
Dealing directly with complex client situations, communicating with aggrieved clients whilst understanding the sensitivity required, to bring their complaint to a resolution

Job Requirements

Graduated in business administration, Banking and finance or another related field
Minimum 1 years’ call center and another experience also encourage to applied.
Supervisory experience
Previous experience of complaint, investigation or claims handling
Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport)
Must be familiar with Bank applications.
Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator.
To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
