Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Working Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development
• Business Knowledge :
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships or sponsorships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and stakeholder management
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze partnership opportunities for alignment and ROI potential
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for tracking pipeline and measuring partnership outcomes
