Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Design, deploy, and maintain physical and virtualized server environments.
Manage data center hardware, including servers, storage systems and pow-er/cooling infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
Implement automation and orchestration tools for efficient management.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of data center systems.
Implement security best practices, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Managing implementation of CRAC systems (computer room air conditioning) Fusion Module, fire suppression systems and power equipment in data centers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for data center security, access control, and environmental regulations.
Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
Troubleshooting for malfunctioning of power equipment and CRAC equipment, special emphasis on battery room and data center equipment.
Assess resource utilization and plan for infrastructure scaling to support business growth.
Periodically review CCTV systems deployed in datacenter and battery rooms system.
Dealing relevant matters with EDC (power provider of Cambodia).
Running monitoring of entrusted systems in a centralized monitoring system.
Supervise contractors, manage documentation, liaise with power providers, and conduct staff training to enhance operational awareness.
Providing emergency support for power system, Fire Suppression and CRAC related issues.
Assuming 24/7 on-phone availability for power system, Fire Suppression and CRAC related issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical and Energetics Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in relevant fields.
Knowledge of power and cooling systems, including UPS, CRAC, generators, and battery backup.
Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Pro-active behaviour.
Full understanding of AC- and DC-power functioning principles.
Hands-on experience with rectifiers, enterprise UPS, and ATS/MSB.
High attention to details.
