  • Analyze data AO order, confirm order and upload into system before cut off time
  • Create MO order based on schedule.
  • Communicate with supplier about vendor service level and OOS reason.
  • Find out the root cause of abnormal SGO and solution.
  • Set up vendor schedule, create order for new item/vendor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Willing to learn something new, an open-minded person, and able to adapt to quick change in business strategy.
  • Keen on data analytics and analysis and knows how to interpret the findings.
  • At least have a fundamental understanding of retail business
  • Experience in SKU performance such as fast-moving, slow-moving, long-term OOS, and seasonal/festive SKU
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot table in-depth function / Power Pivot, detail dashboard, and some experience in Developer Mode function), and Power Point knowledge shall be beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain department
