Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified franchise, host site, and MOU partners in alignment with the expansion roadmap.

Contract & Compliance Management

  • Draft, review, and ensure adherence to partnership agreements, KPIs, and revenue-share terms under Governance Policy Section 7.

Partner Relations & Support

  • Maintain regular engagement with partners, resolve issues promptly, and ensure partner satisfaction ≥ 90%.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track partner performance via CMS and KPI dashboards; report deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Revenue Settlement & Reporting

  • Verify monthly revenue-share data, coordinate with Finance for settlement, and ensure zero discrepancies.

Marketing & Co-Branding Coordination

  • Support co-branded campaigns and digital marketing activations with HQ Marketing to maximize partner visibility.

Governance & Audit Readiness

  • Maintain complete partnership documentation, ensuring 100 % audit compliance and contract traceability.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend partnership process enhancements and contribute to policy and framework revisions.

Others

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the COO or Executive Committee.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field. A Master’s degree in Business or Strategic Management is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years in partnership management, franchise operations, or business development. Prior experience in EV, energy, or retail network sectors preferred. Proven record in contract execution, partner onboarding, and KPI tracking.

Functional Skills

  • - Strong understanding of partnership and franchise models.
  • - Proficient in contract management, KPI dashboards, and CRM systems.
  • - Solid knowledge of financial reconciliation, revenue-sharing, and audit processes.
  • - Skilled in stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • - Capable of coordinating cross-department functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
