  • Assist to Sales Manager in managing the marketing and branding management of New Hope City.
  • Responsible for individual and marketing department performance/activities/targets.
  • Establishing a Yearly Marketing Budget Plan.
  • Establishing Sales and Marketing Strategic plans.
  • Encouraging the new concepts/ideas to develop New Hope City.
  • Enhance teamwork quality to achieve the marketing department's target.
  • Coordinate and work smoothly with other departments related to workflow processing in the department and build up a good cooperation among the front and back-office staff in order to ensure a smooth working process.
  • To attend the department's meeting and join training sessions.
  • Preparing Marketing monthly reports for the Sales Manager
  • Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in Sales/Marketing/Management work.
  • Having creative and innovative ideas.
  • Be able to work under pressure in any situation.
  • Handle and respond to solve department problems.
  • Challenging with new works. Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customers' needs and provide proper answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.
